Managing Director: Solly Adam

The founding member of the company, who has International Management experience and has been involved in the Battery Industry for over 36 years in Africa. He has fantastic local and international   market awareness. Under his leadership, the company increased its customer base in the region and is about to enter the overseas market.  Besides leading the executive team He is been instrumental in developing a successful strategy and direction for the company over the years.

Manufacturing Director: Alexander Fowlis

The Manufacturing Director directs the development, planning, implementation and maintenance of manufacturing methods for new and existing products and technologies. He has over 40 years of international experience in the battery manufacturing industry has improved the design and quality of our batteries to international standards.   The new factory layout and user friendly system that have been introduced by him have improved the productivity and efficiency of the company significantly.

Works Director: Shafiq Adam

He is responsible for Quality, Safety, Environment and Efficiency improvements for all manufactured operations and compliance with safety, state and International Regulations and also in areas of cost reduction, quality management processes, human resources, and productivity.  Responsible as the QMR of the company for the ISO 9001-2008 certification. He has 9 years experience in the Battery Manufacturing Industry.

Engineering Director: Rob Harris

The Engineering Director is responsible for maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of all production related manufacturing equipment and process required to manufacturing a high quality and consistent product in a cost effective manner i.e. Oversees repairs and maintenance of machinery and systems. He has over 35 years in the manufacturing industry.

Finance Director: Tapson Zome

He manages all Accounting functions and Inventory levels, and also ensures compliance with manufacturing accounting policies, procedures and controls, as well as tax and statuary reporting requirements as well as financial reporting to higher management. He is instrumental in decision support operations to enable the company to operate more effectively and efficiently.   He has over 15 years of experience.
